Do you think raising capital for your next big business endeavor is hard?

It’s not.

If you think it’s challenging that’s because you haven’t learned how to do it yet. The last word in the sentence … “YET” … is critically important. It simply means that there are things you still need to learn, which is no big deal. It certainly shouldn’t stop you from going after your goals.

In my world that means an apartment building or other multifamily property… or a really cool mobile home park outside of Charlotte!

In your world it might mean property or it might mean a business you’ve always wanted to start or money to fund the creation of the next cool app.

Any way you slice it, if you don’t have ready funds available you are going to have to raise them. But how do you do that? What are the exact steps involved?

This is something fellow investor-entrepreneurs and I discuss frequently. We share ideas and we have conversations about how we do things.

After one such conversation with my two favorite marketing ladies, Mavi Barrena and Sandra Rea, we decided to go live with our conversations. For the first one, we discussed raising private capital. If you want to listen in on that discussion, click the link below:

Look forward to more KeePon Conversations in Real Estate!

I can’t lie.

It was FUN doing this first one. It’s a little rusty in parts and it wasn’t overly planned. In future KeePon Conversations I’ll be sitting with other investors as well as Sandra and Mavi from time to time.

The way I figure it, there is no better way to teach others about what I do so they can decide if they might want to do it too is by showing them how conversations go in the real world.

In this case, Sandra knows a lot about real estate investing and uses her own experience when asking questions. Mavi is always interested in the process and has decided to do something in real estate. You may have other questions.

If you do, don’t be shy. (I don’t bite.)

I am easy to reach through my Facebook page, in email and I’m literally a phone call away. If you want to schedule a FREE 30-minute call with me, that’s easy, too. Just click the link below to be taken to the scheduler:
