So, you feel like there’s something more you could be doing right now. Maybe you feel like you’re not being as productive as possible. Today, I’m going to talk about what you can do to feel more fulfilled.

Now, I have to give you a warning right from the beginning. If you’re someone who enjoys sitting on the couch, hanging out, and being leisurely, this article is probably not for you. This post is for the person who feels that burning inside to do something more but just needs a little bit of help.

I don’t know when exactly you’re reading this article, but at the time of writing, we’re starting to come out of an interesting time around the globe. For the last couple of months, we’ve all been locked in our homes because of COVID-19. We all have more time on our hands, and with working from home, life has probably been pretty crazy–especially if you have kids!

The solution here, to be more productive and to feel more fulfilled, is to manage your time effectively. First, you need to have clear goals. You must ask yourself why you want to do something? Is it in your heart? Do you have a passion project? It doesn’t matter if your goal is to write a book or spend more time with your family because both are areas of productivity. Either way, it’s important to make sure it’s something you really want to do.

Perhaps there’s a number of things you want to do. You may feel anxiousness in your heart or stomach at the prospect of doing something new and how it will affect others. If you choose to spend more time with your kids, how will that impact them? What will they experience and what will they learn? If you decide to write a book, you’ll be sharing your experiences with them. They’ll be able to put the lessons they learned from you into action.

Or perhaps you’ll do something like I’ve recently done, which is launch a podcast. It’s called the Going Long Podcast, and a lot of you have been asking for something like this for years. Many of you have said you love what you do, but you still want more control over your financial life. On the podcast, I bring the best experts on board, which includes real asset and main street investors. They share their stories to help you understand how you can accelerate your success as it’s related to long distance real estate investing.

Once you know what you want to do and why you want to do it, you can come up with a plan. It’s important to know what your objectives are so you can make sure your plan incorporates each one of those into your strategy. If you don’t, then you’ll just end up treading water.

Lastly, you need to actually execute that plan. Once you do that, you’ll be able to accomplish so much. You can write a book or a blog post, start that group you’ve always wanted to create, or launch a whole platform for your podcast empire. Like I’ve said before, now is the perfect time to be productive. It’s also the perfect time to launch a podcast!

I’d love to get your feedback. I’d love to know what you think about these different ideas, as well as how you plan to be more productive. At the end of the day, my purpose is to help you move forward faster. I’m hoping this blog and my new Going Long Podcast helps you do that.

If it’s your first time here, I’m going to ask that you please subscribe to the blog, subscribe to our YouTube Channel, like our Facebook FanPage and follow us on our Instagram and Twitter channels. Make sure you listen to The Going Long Podcast where every week you’ll hear me interview the best experts in the real asset investing world.
